The Behavioral Health department is hiring a Clinical Coordinator eager to provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff. We are seeking individuals who are excited about the opportunity to ensure positive outcomes for children and families through the application of compliance and quality assurance standards. The Clinical Coordinator will also be responsible for recommending program developments and new clinical interventions, as well as participating in the implementation of new services which are responsive to the needs of the populations served in order to provide effective assessment and treatment interventions to children and families. Collaboration with Behavioral Health Operations Coordinators, Clinical Directors, and Site Managers will allow you access to a dedicated support network, including the unique opportunity to work with people who share your passion and commitment to the patient. The Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of clinical services and related administrative activities on the multidisciplinary team to achieve the most effective, efficient, and culturally relevant service delivery to children and families. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for quality assurance, compliance, financial oversight, training, staff development, and customer relationships on behalf of the program team. The Clinical Coordinator will also provide overall leadership to the clinical staff in alignment with the teams Psychiatry lead on relevant team activities and decisions.

The Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator position requires a Masters or doctoral degree from an accredited university or professional school, appropriate Ohio Independent licensure, at least three years of experience as a clinical supervisor/coordinator in the behavioral health field, and five or more years of experience as a provider of behavioral health services.
