OPA Continuing Education Opportunities

The Ohio Psychological Association is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists; OPA maintains responsibility for the program and its content.

Workshops

OPA annually sponsors one and two-day continuing education workshops for mental health practitioners throughout the year.

Convention

The 2015 OPA Convention, “Reaching the Margins: Serving the Underserved” will be held April 29-May 1.

Webinars and Home Studies

Webinars and Home Studies offer you the opportunity to complete your continuing education requirements from your home or office on your own time.

Just need 1 or 2 hours to complete your continuing education requirements? Download an issue of The Ohio Psychologist and take the quiz to earn 1.0 CE credit for each issue.

Become a Speaker/Call for Programs

OPA’s speakers earn 1 hour of continuing education for each hour of a face-to-face workshop or Convention presentation.

Create a Webinar

Webinar presenters earn 1 hour of continuing education for each webinar hour. In addition, webinar developers receive 25% of the participant registration fee for each completed webinar.
