CE Hours: 3.5
Description:
Clients and supervisees of Gestalt practitioners frequently report feeling deeply seen, heard, and understood. Gestalt theory and practice is the key to this fully embodied presence that allows for greater recognition and understanding. This workshop is an introduction to hearing, seeing, and responding like a Gestalt practitioner. Following a baseline experience of a cognitive-based interaction, participants will be prepared through a series of exercises to become fully present in the here and now. Working with each other as facilitator and clients, participants will experience and document the differences in the impact they have using Gestalt principles.
