Description: At work and at home, inability to successfully address conflict results in stress and frustration. This seminar will provide psychologists with strategies to teach clients to negotiate through a conflict situation. Participants will learn how to negotiate with an aggressive opponent, respond to criticism, anticipate the tactics of difficult personalities, and calm an angry client. Video presentations will illustrate a successful counseling session with couples in conflict.
