Description: During this 10 week session, you will experience incorporating a Gestalt practice to be an embodied presence to yourself and others in the relational field that involves developing a meditative discipline. We integrate Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Yoga, Energy Medicine, Sound, Breath, Movement, Imagery, and Mindfulness and Embodied Meditation Practices with Gestalt practice principles.
Presenters:
Lalei E. Gutierrez, PhD, SMFT, RPP, CPE, CPC, BCC is in private practice as a holistic and energy psychologist and a life, relationship and wellness coach. She is a registered polarity practitioner, educator, and a diversity consultant working with individuals, couples, and groups.
Rosanna O. Zavarella, PhD is a holistic psychologist in private practice with 25 years clinical experience working with individuals, couples and groups. She is a life, health, and wellness coach, energy healer and hypnotherapist. She combines her specialties of women’s spirituality groups and women’s self empowerment and self development with Gestalt methods.
Philip R. Belzunce, PhD, SMFT, DAPA, RPP, CPE, CPC, BCC is a diplomate in psychotherapy, and a psychotherapist, lecturer, worldwide consultant, and supervisor for AAMFT. He applies a systemic approach integrating Gestalt, Ericksonian hypnosis, and family therapy methodologies.
