Heather M. Reynolds has a passion for helping individuals she supervises and colleagues make ethical decisions. In additional she is intentional about consulting and documenting these consultations when an ethical decision has to be made. Early in her career a colleague dubbed her the Queen of Confidentiality as a result of her adherence to confidentiality and maintaining the standards of her profession. She has been a counselor for over 10 years and continues to develop her skills in work with children, adolescents and adults.
