Night Eating Syndrome (NES) although first identified in the 1950s, has had various definitions and research criteria. The following webinar will bring practitioners up to date on current diagnostic and research criteria as well as evidence based treatment options. Psychosocial factors related to night eating will be reviewed. Research based material as well as practical applications will be discussed.
