6 CE Hours. Teamwork development strategies can improve cohesiveness in workplaces-including counseling agencies. It’s also important to bring the value of teambuilding to the groups and families we work with. This hands-on workshop is about teamwork activities for families and groups of staff or clients in settings such as schools, mental health centers, home-based work, detention centers and nursing homes. In between our practice experiences, we will take time to evaluate which activities to choose for which situations and to reflect on some principles of teamwork.
