With other 1,600 clinician, academic, affiliate and student members, the Ohio Psychological Association (OPA) is nationally recognized as one of the preeminent state psychological associations. A well-established leader within the field, OPA works hard to ensure the science and professions of psychology remain vital, relevant and at the forefront in Ohio.

It is increasingly clear that the majority of issues directly affecting Ohio psychologists are at the state and local levels, and OPA is here to respond to these issues. Membership in OPA gives you access to our collective experience, resources and services to better your practice or career in psychology.

OPA also has, as part of its organizational legacy, a core belief in the value of people and relationships. In a profession that by design is often private and even isolated, your membership in OPA can be a vehicle for collegial dialogue, debate and long-lasting friendships.

Through your interest in Ohio Psychological Association membership, you have taken the first step in becoming a more proficient and informed professional in the field of psychology. Read more about our specific services and join OPA below!
