Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis Consultant and Trainer (Posting #00173): The Best Practices in Schizophrenia Treatment (BeST) Center, housed in the Department of Psychiatry at the Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking an outstanding candidate to assist in training mental health professionals in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis (CBT-p). The successful candidate will be required to develop content expertise in CBT-p, help to plan and deliver training programs (including distance learning formats) in CBT-p, assist with ongoing consultations with teams, and carry a small caseload of clients for direct clinical work. Program development and research opportunities are also available. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals in order to develop, implement and sustain CBT-p programs in a variety of mental health settings.  Requirements: Master’s Degree with Independent licensure and supervision designation (i.e., LISW-S or LPCC-S). Preferred qualifications: Doctoral degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, licensed or license eligible. Certification in CBT by an accredited organization.
